Has she been with other guys, and fucked them? If so, she sees you as a provider not a lover.

Lots of girls will tell you they are virgins even though they've fucked half the town, and they hamster it away as stuff like 'Anal and oral don't count', 'Ex boyfriend was just experimentation on my part', and I've even heard 'It doesn't count because we used a condom.'

Observe her mom and dad. Do they seem invested in her? If so, she has probably been raised well, and will make you wait to get in her pants. Also be mindful of how she acts otherwise. Is she slightly psycho? Many girls get attached to the guy that pounds them the first time, and that means she might get nuts down the road.
