Hi! Im 5"9 and 184 pounds. According to my army recruiter im 28% body fat. Meaning i have 55 pounds of fat on me.

My recruiter gave me 2 weeks to lose 10 pounds and im more or less the same weight as when he spoke to me.

Im ashamed, but i didn't think i was gonna be able to reach that goal so quickly anyway.

Are their any supplements that i can take?

Also, i hate lifting, so i just end up doing pushups randomly throughout the day. I make pick up some weights here and there.
