I want to add some cardio into my routine and enjoyed doing Insanity in the past. I'm considering:

Mon: Lift

Tue: Max 30

Wed: Lift

Thu: Max 30

Fri: Lift

Weekend: Rest

But I don't know if that'd be overtraining. Does anybody here do cardio on their rest days without issues?

If it matters, I'm Intermittent Fasting on a bulk (200-400 calorie surplus).
