The brad fitt fight club otter mode type of physique that everyone's suggesting definitely will work and be really attractive to women but if you can get pretty big too then that's even better. Having huge arms that are visible even in a T-Shirt is a gamechanger all the time, being shredded up but small only really matters when you're at the beach or a pool or something, other than the low body fat making your face look best. And even in those situations it would still be better to have more muscle mass. Bottom line: take lifting seriously and take dieting seriously, once you get lean do mini bulk and cut cycles so you stay lean while gaining mass

In my experience, you got gym bunny type of girls who really fucking love muscle, and the rest of the women you meet aren't going to complain about it.

I see a lot of people recommending Brad Pitt in fight club, and while you do look ripped naked, you won't even look like you lift in a t-shirt.

These days - just having your shoulders being noticeably wider than your waits and not being fat puts you above 80% of the other guys out there. Not saying don't push yourself to be the best you can, but don't spend time worrying a lot either once you've got a V going.

These guy are all different sizes but have the same ripped features. Some of these guys aren't even over 150 pounds but they are fucking ripped up. Don't go for size, that was totally 5 years ago. Now it's all about the aesthetics.

Girls aren't that shallow. Vis. lesbians, who are fatter and uglier than average, vs gay men, who are leaner than average and often go out of their way to take care of their bodies.

As long as you're healthy it matters more how you see yourself. 15% and active is enough. But if you need to be 6% and jacked to like your body and be unselfconscious, then be 6% and jacked.

Sexual dimorphism, dude. Don't project your sexual preferences onto women.

Broaden your shoulders, period.

Whatever your body type is, the quickest path from where you are now to pussy is broader shoulders.

I've been through several body types thanks to various levels of weight loss and muscle building. Even though I've bounced off my lows in fat levels in the last couple years, I've been broadening my shoulders and it has made a noticeable difference in the attention I get.

Tbh if you have decent muscles and are lean your good. More you pack on the better. If your a 215lb 6'0 body builder who's cut to shit then you can literally walk up and hand them your phone without saying a word.

As long as you aren't fat is all you need these days. Then you are noticed and top 15%. Become top 10% when you can see abs. Top 5% with abs and broad shoulders with tiny waist and vein definition.

More or less become less than 15% body fat and you are ahead of 85% of others...
