Rollo's The Ration Male honest review?

Honestly, it's more of a series of rules and ideas in the form of blog posts that were retrofit into a book. I'd say the Iron Rules are solid and it creates a good foundation if you haven't oozed over TRP forums. Aside from it being a bit more mashed together, it has great points and a logical explanation, Rollo does a great job of explaining things and backing it up with examples.
