Here lately cashiers have been giving me IOIs. Some even engage in eye contact with me as we're chatting and we'll give eachother long smirks. Each time however we're usually around a lot of people. One girl was a bank teller with her superior right next to her. The other was a small coffee-shop cashier inside of a fancy business tower and her employer waltzed in and she changed her tone to more formal and professional-like. If this was a girl at a gas station or wal-mart I'd have no problem just flat out asking for her number or inviting her out with me to an activity, but in these new scenarios we're in corporate-land. I thought of one thing I could try since driving back home today after another great interaction: "I like your spirit/attitude. I'd like to talk to you more, when do you get off today?" This way I'm not exchanging numbers right then and there in front of employers on company time. But beyond that I haven't come up with anything smooth.
