I feel like this is an interesting question: what are the recipes a man should know how to cook?

Many men don't even know how to cook basic things. Other men (the average man) MAYBE know how to cook basic things like pasta, pancakes and some other unhealthy food such as sweets. But how many men know how to cook healthy and "rare" meals? I think like the 1% of the population. At least here in Italy everything the average man eats is or pasta or pizza. Seriously. The average man eats so fucking many carbs with a sedentary lifestyle. This is the cause of obesity. This is of course not only in Italy, but everywhere in the world. A real redpill man should in my opinion have an healthy diet foremost.

I so far can cook 1: eggs (in different ways) 2: pasta (sometimes with tuna and parmesan, sometimes some classic "bolognese" and sometimes pasta with cut chicken pieces. I like to experiment and I eat the most absurd stuff you would never see in a restaurant. The most important thing for me is if it's healthy and has enough protein. 3: chicken and any kind of meat 4: rise and chicken with curry. (I mix them in one cup)

and some other stuff

I think these are the main meals/recipes I do on a daily basis.

What are some recipes you consider a man must know to be considered a real man (masculine) ?

Thank you.
