I’m 16 years old and have just discovered TRP. Rewind 2 years and I’m a chubby kid who would play video games and was socially akward af. Anyway I have improved a lot in my life without trp, just a bit of common sense (although, I understand that is rare) but now that I have been lurking here for some time I’m somewhat overwhelmed with what to do with my time. I have a plethora of books I wish to read, a bunch of habits to set and a million recommendations and it’s IMMENSELY exciting, but maybe too much haha. Im currently waking up at 5am, cold showering, gym/bulking, reading, socialising and getting straight A’s (not tryna flex, it’s very easy to do because most people are potatoes at my age). I’m interested to get advice from people that have been doing this for longer so that I don’t drop off/lose track of the end goal, so what should/shouldn’t I be doing, in accordance with my age?
