Get your looks maxxed out first, then let THEM approach YOU. That's the safest strategy in today's times. Spam approaching women as an ugly dude is not only ineffective, but dangerous. More than once, I've seen women I know personally falsely accuse guys of sexual misconduct just because they didn't find them physically attractive. And they outright admitted to me it was all lies. They simply found the guy unattractive and wanted to punish him for that!

Go gym, get fit, eat healthy, get a nice haircut, once you got some muscle buy fitted high quality clothes that show the shape of your body, grow a beard if you can and groom it weekly or bi-weekly, replace glasses with contact lenses, etc.

In the meantime, approach women, nothing will get rid of approach anxiety more than actually facing the fear head on and approaching women.

already doing my best at those and i put on muscle mass

replace glasses with contact lenses, etc.

for now my eyesight is ok so i dont need them thankfully
