Women are not a monolith. Reactions and perspectives differ for each woman... as they do for men. Some women may behave in the aforementioned manner, some might wring their hands and call the police, others might enlist the help of other men in the area, and others might jump in and throw hands herself.

With differing thought processes and reactions - you'll find conversation from women about love and empathy that are steeped in realism, fantasy, selfishness, want, desire, and/or envy.

However, you will note that I attributed men with the same individual autonomy. So no. One man isn't responsible for the actions or behaviors of another man. That perception is beyond irrational.

Accountability is an individual mantle.

Sidenote; some education tropes did punish the collective for the antics of an individual. This might have helped to promote this 'All because One' thought process for some people.

Some women are empathetic, but they're not (as a whole) more empathetic than men. They're also not less empathetic than men. But when you have a zeitgeist that says they're better than you and then they're shown to be just the same... they will feel that's an insult to women.

well, men still do majority of the violent crimes and are more likely to have sociopathic or psychopathic tendencies

this doesn't mean the average man is like this, but it also doesn't mean there aren't more males with this tendency than women.
