Using reveddit you can see if one of your comments gets deleted. 144 of mine have been deleted in 4 months. Wanna guess how many are autodeleted on ppd? 135. u/GridRexx, why waste automod resources on autobanning my comments?

Honestly, I am confused who arent banned and why. Like I did see people writing something bad about women and they didn't got banned.

When I wrote woman rather be get cheated on by rich man than poor man.Mod got problem with me.

When I saw someone else wrote same thing,mod didn't say anything.

I got banned for stating that women's standards are relative so men as a group improving in the areas that women care about wouldn't make women attracted to more men.

After my ban was over I saw a mod posting basically the same thing. Except I didn't know they were a mod so I told them to be careful which in hindsight is pretty funny and says a lot about what the moderation actually is about.

Damn, so many subs are censored to a ridiculous degree these days, to the point where you don't know what people are really thinking, because any views that don't agree with what the subreddit moderators deem as "appropriate" get removed.

Subs like AskWomen are the same. Many subs are on a level of North Korea censorship, where only positive things can be said and critical opinions get removed or heavily downvoted. I believe the phrase is "toxic positivity" - I see it all the time on reddit and the internet in general these days, way more than I used to. People are quick to throw out the term "troll" or "hater" or "racist" or "misogynist" for anyone who disagrees with them.

I'm not sure when this started to happen. I've not been on reddit that long, but I heard you could say a lot more stuff on reddit 10 years ago than you can today.

I've been banned about 4 or 5 times because I kept being told to "be civil". It's always some stupid middle aged woman in her 40's or 50's who comes to ppd just to piss men off and be an annoyance, then when I call them out for it, I'm told to "be civil" and "don't make things personal". I wonder what attracts middle aged women to a subreddit like that which debates gender and dating issues.

I've noticed all of the active moderation is very heavily coming from the female mods. I really can't imagine how retarded you have to be to sit in your computer all day just so you can moderate and censor discussion you don't like on what's basically a modern day forums board. These people are willingly doing it too, and they're not even getting paid for it!
