I’m that case I would say to focus on learning how to please a woman in forplay before even thinking about sex and that if he does that most women won’t care about size

If he was short I would say that he should not dwell on it and build a big personality because many short men have happy loving relationships and putting out pity vibes won’t help

I'm not a woman.
Probably that hypothetical guy would hear that those things are not that relevant and to attract any girl it will be enough if he is a good person with confidence and charisma. That's how most of us men are raised, I don't think his case would be much different.
