A lot (but not all) of TRP content is just repackaging mainstream advice. Abundance mentality is POF, negging is banger, frame is confidence and the other self improvement stuff can be found in most bookstores

Well media is extremely blue pilled, men as a whole act bluepilled but speak the redpill, women speak the bluepill but act the blackpill and redpill(how much of which she acts depends on how financially stable and successful she is)

You have to define mainstream.

Honestly, we're mostly in echo chambers. Less so if you're red pill.

Half the country (USA) is blue, half is red. There's news catering to both sides.

Black pill content is hidden.

White pill is not really a pill.

It depends massively where you live. But in general I'd have to say the majority of people you see walking in your day to day life around are Bluepilled.

The Redpill is still somewhat fringe, but has risen in popularity over the past 2 decades.

So I'd say its like:

  • 80% Bluepill
  • 15% Redpill
  • 5% fringe pill ideologies like Blackpill/Pinkpill. Which is basically Incels and radical feminism.
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
