So, I do tabletop gaming... stop, stop, hear me out.

When talking about 40k, there is a duality between something we call the "fluff" and the rules.

The fluff is the background story of a character or unit. How they fit in to the universe at large. It's narrative format, filled with dramatic language that's designed to engage the imagination and add colour and zest.

But irrelevant when playing the game.

When playing the game, the rules are the important thing. And they are precise, with a lot of numeric data.

To address your post: Fashion is fluff. Biology is rules.

Finally - the difference between blue, red and black pill:

- Blue pillers think the fluff is the rules. They think the actual rules don't exist.

- Red pillers know the rules, and try to win the game using them.

- Black pillers don't like the rules.

Dude I fucking love tabletop, we recently started a vampire the masquerade game with my pals and I'm having an absolute blast DMing a game for the first time, a but of topic I'm just saying.

As for your analogy it's very apt and I agree to an extent, modern blackpillers being basically nihilistic red pillers, things changed a lot in the past decade, but my brand of black pill is a bit different as I were there along with keymaster and barbarossa during the rise of MGTOW and the red pill portion of the manosphere, as with anything else, messages get diluted and twisted the more popular they become.

When we conceived the black pill philosophy the idea and analogy for it came from alchemy, in which a student goes through three stages:

  • the white stage in which the student must forget the false knowledge he knows, akin to a blue piller guy, as we all once were, who notices the disparity between reality and what society tells him, this was originally dubbed "the white pill" for that reason.

  • the red stage in which the student gains new knowledge, pretty self explanatory to you I'm sure.

  • the black stage, during which the student internalizes the knowledge he learned and starts to apply it in order to work towards his goals.

Of course over the years it all went to shit with the growing popularity of MGTOW and the mass banning of everything related to the philosophy, but the gist is this - the black pill is there for men who understand human nature, understand the socio economic environment they exist within and are willing to work towards improving it for other men by any means necessary while minimazing the abuse of said men as much as possible.

And old proverb from the early days of the black pill community states that all red pills are future black pills, the most notable examples of which are Stardusk aka thinking ape, Barbarossa and Spetsnaz, also the late liberation Y during his final months on this earth, nuance is something that escapes the masses and the same happened to most of us, we were absorbed by the larger culture and chose to distance ourselves from how we were misrepresented regardless of how well we presented our talking points again and again.

For me personally I'm living what used to be called a MGTOW monk lifestyle for many years now, I'm still kind of in touch with a lot of the old guys but to be honest we seldom see any reason to make any sort of content, we won that cultural war campaign and moved on.

For women it's probably much less surprising. But for guy it's a bit different because getting laid/a gf is often conflated with "growing up" etc.

That's why people will often accuse virgin men of being lazy, NEETs , "not taking responsibility " etc.

I think the major issue isn't that the blackpill is a surprise. It's that its defeatist which a lot of red pillers and blue pillers obviously take issue with.

Unattractive people don't like how attractive people get easy pass.Thats why.

I remember talking with guys who kept complaining about their ex who was crazy.I asked them about how relationship was like at first phase.Found out red flags were very obvious.When I saw pic of ex,she was beautiful.I got it.

It became obvious,due to looks,some people accept bad traits.

I remember when in my work,I was giving ideas to people (mind you it was really great idea .I spend whole night for it). People finally agreed after long debate.

Then some attractive woman was sharing her idea which was very plain idea,I am not lying.They all listened and talked to her enthusiastically.I am sure if this was me ,they would ignored me.

Also people have been lied to about how looks don't matter.I will never ever believe in " looks don't matter".

The focus of the black pill isnt on beauty, not really. Rather its about genetics (which are displayed by beauty). The way we evolve is through selecting the few males with good genetics while the rest are left to rot. Its about realising how cold, useless and pointless your existance as a normie man really is and will continue to be no matter what you do or how you act. Also realising how meaningless and cruel procreation would be in your case, even if you got the opportunity.

Giving your male sons the same mediocre genes is pointless, especially in a time where many other women are single mothers to chads beautiful children. The competition will be even more fierce in the future, no sense in putting your kids through that.

Ever wondered why in modern times every generation gets taller than the previous? Its because of sexual selection. The tall men get to pass on their genes, others dont. Insisting on having kids as a short or even standard height man is objectively cruel.

You have a good point, but genetics is not enough to explain why we got so tall so fast. Nutrition is a better explanation. It is kind of disheartening that I could have been 6 feet now if a doctor found and treated my hypothyroidism before being a teen, or at least parents were concerned about height and got me checked, but not.

Im currently studying dietetics at university and in developed nations nutrition has not played a role in determining the height people reach in a very long time. Its most likely all about genetics.

I know it is an appeal to authority, but this what I've been taught by professors.

Bpill is looks matter 1000000x more for men than it does for women; that premise is very shocking to many people. A woman can be obese/fat/hairy/ugly and she can still can find multiple partners for both relationships and sex. A man can merely deviate from being a stereotypical chad and in many major cities in the west, he can wind up involunatrily celibate.

A male needs an erection to have sex, to get an erection they need to be sexually stimulated which means they have to be attracted to the female they are about to have sex with or they can’t have sex. It’s very difficult to stick a flaccid penis in a vagina.

If a dude gets hard for other men it means that he is gay. Being hard tells a lot, it means you are attracted to who you are about to have sex with. Females do get their feelings hurt if the guy they like doesn’t get hard for them.

A non Chad may get a gf through the female settling but they only really like Chad. There are exceptions to females not liking Chad but it is 99.9999999% true
