Context for those who don't understand Hindi.

The guy sells kachori (a deep fried dumpling with dry lentil and spice filling) on his bicycle. Which obviously have a low carrying capacity. The girl asked him for onions which he apparently ran out of. So he told her that he cannot provide she he no longer have any. She kept DEMANDING for onions. The guy amicably kept telling that it's not possible. The girl then says that she won't pay. When escalates into an argument. The other guys tell the girl not to withhold payment from the poor guy and pay for the stuff she has eaten. She starts arguing with them too. Then she kicks the cycle spilling everything on the ground. When the hawker guy demands reparations for the food she had spoiled she starts hitting the guy.
