Out of pure curiosity, I decided to do some research, and look into the difficulty of male and female body standards in the western world. To gauge the difficulty, I used three criteria, waist to hip ratio, figure, and height. Due to the lack of data, I could not factor in things like face shape.

Men

- Idea Waist To Hip Ratio: 0.85-0.95 (Around 75% of Men)

- Ideal Height: 5'11 To 6'2 (66% of Men)

- Ideal Figure: Rhomboid And Inverted Triangle (18% Of Men)

- If my math is right, 8.9% of Men fit in with western beauty standards

Women

- Ideal Waist To Hip Ratio: 0.65-0.75 (66% of Men)

- Ideal Height: 5'4 To 5'8 (61% of Women)

- Ideal Figure: Hourglass, But Pear And Inverted Triangle Figures Are Also Considered Acceptable With A Good Waist / Hip Ratio (49% Of Women)

- If my math is right, 19.7% of Women fit in with western beauty standards

If my math is correct, then 8.9% of Men and 19.7% of Men are considered ideal by waist to hip ratio, figure, and height. However, a few things are important to take note of: 1) Men can supplement attractiveness with personality, but this does require personality standards to be met. A dad bod is not attractive without the dad personality. 2) I wouldn't consider this to be the most accurate, as there were many elements of western beauty I could not find data on. 3) I did not factor in additional financial standards that men are subject to.

I wouldn't go around quoting these for exact numbers, but I do believe that from this, it can be concluded that in contrary to the feminist idea, Men are not at all exempt from strict beauty standards.
