It would not only be financial, the father would be renouncing to all rights to those kids to be akin to abortion. No custody no rights at all for the kid, and i guess it should be made easier for the woman to grant another man the adoption of the child somehow.

If there is no baby how would there be financial responsibility. If they are keeping the baby, then yes they should be held responsible. Don’t lay down with someone and just run off when you get them pregnant. I also think a woman should include said man in the decision to abort unless they’re nowhere to be found. The man should always be involved but a lot are not real men and don’t want to be.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently, and my opinion is, no, you can’t opt out when there is a living child who knows what hunger is, or the undeserved shame that goes with being poor in America. If the woman “opts out” via abortion, there’s no child to suffer. But if either parent “opts out” of financial responsibility to an existing child, the kid suffers at no fault of their own. Ultimately, it’s not responsibility to the mother, but to the child that you had part in making.

Neither. If you're a father you're a father. You can only choose to be a good father or a crappy one after that, but you'll always be a father. Same for mothers.

Men and women need to wait for marriage to have sex. Choosing tk wait till marriage will weed out most of the undesirable men and women. And your children will actually have a more stable environment to grow up in.

If women can get out of accountability so can men. The problem is men and women sleep around and then they don't want to take responsibility for their actions.
