Its about these gender studies types and people who ascribe to their values having the authority over the truth , rather than truth being the authority.

If there is "no objective truth" and they convince people of this (and they have convinced large amounts of people)

edit 2: Aiight, so basically what they're saying is the reason why this guy shouldn't have a jury is because no accused should have a jury. The reason why they think that is because generally juries aren't educated enough for rape trails. Such as ''What was she wearing" which shouldn't be a part of the juries process to whether it's rape or not.

So it basically goes like this. Either men get fucked over rape accusations or women get fucked over juries shit education and then the rapest gets off scott free.
