The Gender Equality Authority: "Men's violence against women" when women beat men

By Ludde Hellberg | January 18, 2022

When a woman beats a man, it should be classified as "men's violence against women". The Gender Equality Authority writes this in a handbook on "violence, gender and prevention", which is noted in a longer article in Kvartal by the cultural writer Lapo Lappin.

Now the authority comments: - I was so happy, because it is extremely well-formulated and good, says Berit Jernberg, head of department at the Gender Equality Authority, after reading the relevant pages in the handbook again.

The handbook "Nothing to wait for" was published by the Gender Equality Authority 2020 and contains "concrete guidance on how systematic knowledge-based violence prevention work can be carried out in five steps."

The second step, which is to describe what violence is, states that gender-based violence is directed at women or girls because of their gender.

The authority then writes that "men's violence against women" is an umbrella term, which in addition to violence in close relationships and honor-related violence also includes, among other things, sexual harassment and "commercialization and exploitation of the female body in advertising, media and pornography."

Then comes the following wording:

"By including the concept of violence in close relationships in the overarching concept of men's violence against women, violence in same-sex relationships is also included, or for that matter women's violence against men in close relationships."

Both violence in lesbian relationships and women who beat men should thus be included in the concept of "men's violence against women", according to the authority.

"For us, it is a very true concept"

When Kvartal hears from the person at the Gender Equality Authority who is responsible for the handbook, Berit Jernberg, head of the department for national strategy for preventing and combating men's violence against women, she asks to read the relevant section in the handbook before the interview.

- I was so happy, because it is extremely well worded and good. So it was fun to see again, says Berit Jernberg after reading the pages in the manual again.

She says that women's violence against men is a real phenomenon.

- All of us who work professionally with these issues are fully aware that there has been violence from women against men, there is no conflict there at all. But, for me, and the rest of us, this concept of 'men's violence against women' is very true, because that is the structural problem.

Jernberg also believes that there are men exposed to violence who find it difficult to be taken seriously.

- I can also believe the men who claim that they are not always treated well, because you do not expect that situation in the same way as with women, because it is so much more common. I can fully understand those arguments, says Jernberg.

Do you not contribute to such a culture when you make this division?- We are not the ones who make that division, but it has been decided, says Berit Jernberg, who believes that it is the government that has decided that women's violence against men should be classified as part of men's violence against women, and that this is clear from the gender equality policy sub-goals.

The Minister does not want to comment

After the interview, Berit Jernberg emails a formulation from the government's gender equality policy sub-goals, which states that within the framework of the national strategy, men's exposure to violence and women's use of violence must also be counteracted. However, it does not say that women's violence against men should be classified or referred to as men's violence against women.

- I can understand that this way in which it is structured is difficult to understand if you are not a professional and constantly working on the issue, says Berit Jernberg.

Have you not failed then, if it is so difficult to comprehend this?- I think most people understand why it is actually called this.

Kvartal has applied for Minister of Labor and Gender Equality Eva Nordmark, who via her press secretary Yasmin Mohamud Hussein declines to comment on whether the government thinks that women's violence against men should be classified as men's violence against women.

Both violence in lesbian relationships and women who beat men should thus be included in the concept of "men's violence against women", according to the authority.

So even if a Women is violent against another Women. It's a case of a Man being violent against a Woman. Interesting.

I was so happy, because it is extremely well worded and good. So it was fun to see again, says Berit Jernberg after reading the pages in the manual again.

This is literally "fun" to this person.

I can understand that this way in which it is structured is difficult to understand if you are not a professional and constantly working on the issue, says Berit Jernberg.

So basically, I know I'm talking absolute shit so I'll appeal to authority and condescend on you normal people that unless you are a "professional", like I am. You'll struggle to comprehend it. Nothing to do with me not making any sense whatsoever. All to do with you being a bit dumb and incapable of understanding.

I actually believe it makes more sense that this is all part of some social engineering psy-op, to judge how societies actually respond to nonsense like this.

Disturbing.

[–]Godofdesire22 22 points23 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Wtf I just read

[–]Selfmade_3127 20 points21 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

this is some Nazi level sh*t ... like "the SS Officer hurt himself while beating the Jewish man to death" ... it should be clear by now that feminism tries to establish a totalitarian terror regime

[–]LockedOutLegacyMeme 48 points49 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

So if a female beats a man, the man is the offender?

[–]ExMuzzy[S] 67 points68 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

The man isn’t convicted for getting beaten up but the crime is counted as violence against women in their statistics. That way they don’t have to share funds for men’s services so they can collect more funding.

Realised you were asking something else so edited my comment

[–]N19864 42 points43 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Reminds me of Spain murder rate. They began excluding women's murder of men. While the police are taught to ignore women's violence against men. Same case for Australia.

"Just one more thing, you cannot blame feminism for one bad apple." - Some retard feminist

retard feminist

You repeated yourself.

[–]LockedOutLegacyMeme 9 points10 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Bruh

[–]MaccaEleven 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

It's deeper than that. Even when a Woman beats another Woman in a same sex relationship. It's classed as Men's violence against Women.

Both violence in lesbian relationships and women who beat men should thus be included in the concept of "men's violence against women", according to the authority.

Absolute delusion.

[–]PhatJohny 42 points43 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

If you live somewhere where there is a "Gender Equality Authority", move

[–]squishybats 9 points10 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

this disgusts me. the worst thing is that there are people out there who will support this, and not only that, but then feminists even dare to blame the "patriarchy" for everything while acting like a damn toddler. victimising themselves all the time yet they want to beat up men and proceed to blame them that they attacked first. feminists lack braincells and it shows every day.

[–]iGhostEdd 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Exactly like a toddler. This article basically represents that situation in which your brother or sister would hit you and when one of your parents enters the room, both of you will cry

[–]KoreoBace 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Welp, looks like my whole brain just melted into strawberry pudding. Imagine saying something so clearly deluded and retarded.

[–]SilentObserver1293 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Anti-woman means ignore them and move on. That's what feminists want.

I say this because of my own experience. Some stranger accused me of harrasing her and some idiots came to help her.

I beat the living shit out of those guy's and no one could stand against me, I called the police and my lawyer, took contact with company there with their surveillance cameras and pressed 7 charges against the female alone.

In court she started to cry but me and the judge didn't care, I won the case in court the woman had to go to jail because 7 charges are too many and I was relieved.

One of many bad experiences with woman. That's why some man are anti-woman because it's their nature.

[–]akihonj 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh but, not all feminists.....

Yeah sorry, you'll say that now but where were you when this was being passed, enjoying that sweet supremacy.

[–]Mahameghabahana 4 points5 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Post this on other subreddits as well. People need to be aware of such things.

[–]iGhostEdd 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

It's a sword with 2 sharp edges. Yes, some people will become aware of this and try to stop it from happening while others will take advantage of this and support this feminazi shit

[–]Soulful_Sadist 3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Great. I guess next time I go out on a date, I'll need to wear Kevlar. Then they'll know I meant it when I said I was wearing protection.

[–]GltyUntlPrvnInncnt 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Poor women. Their hands are being brutally attacked by men's faces.

[–]blessedbeau 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

“He violently kept his face in the same position as she innocently punched in the direction. The victim also broke a nail that was recently polished and is seeking damages”

[–]CallOfReddit 8 points9 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

Gender equality is when female supremacy

[–]iGhostEdd -3 points-2 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Is when female supremacy WHAT?

Did they shut you down before you could finish your sentence, buddy? ;_;

[–]CallOfReddit 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

It's supposed to make fun of the people who don't know what gender equality means.

[–]iGhostEdd -1 points0 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh, alright then

[–]Abstract_Knight 8 points9 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Yet we do live on a Pathriarchy.
On a gynocentric misandrist patriarchy.

sighs...

[–]RuskinBondFan 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Patriarchy serves children and women. The men are in power, however they all agree that children and their mothers be put first. There are bad actors, far and few in between.

[–]bigez526 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

That also means the number of 'females victims can skyrocket in countries that legislate this. At least 70%(my estimate) of women want to dominate males. Two sinners were paid special attention in the Bible. Wicked rulers and false accusers. Coincidence? I think not. Wrath belongs to God.

[–]sausage4mash 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Have bad feels about a fact? No problem let me examine this fact through a postmodern feminist lens, yes! just as I thought "it's mens fault again."

[–]PsychologicalItem353 2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Um that's not how physical abuse works.... The one getting beat is the one under violence... Feminism continues to hold less and less logic in their wants.

[–]Dog-knight27 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

But what if she breaks a nail clawing your face off

[–]PsychologicalItem353 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Well that's her fault. Consequence of her resulting to violence.

[–]Aravind712 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

True equality will never be a thing unless the world is tipped over and rebuilt and if true gender equality does because a thing then things won't go well acording to today's standards. Tho if it happened we could easily know who has the most privileges as they will fall the hardest

[–]grumpy_tummy 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Next step: When woman beat woman it's classified as male violence as well :)

[–]Azuzu88 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You see it all the time with these feminists, all negative female behaviour is blamed on men. Women are treated as these angelic beings that only behave badly because of the influence of men. By doing this all of the world's problems can be blamed on men and women are wholly innocent. I read an article the other day where a woman tried to claim that lesbians that commit acts of domestic violence only do so because they have a history of being abused by men. The definition of abuse is so broad as to be meaningless as well. It's actual lunacy, it's like "well of course she beat up her gf, she was cat called by a man when she was 15, he's the real monster here".

[–]FBI_NewWeegeeBoy1243 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

What the fuck...?

[–]CaffeineFueledLife 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I don't understand. What illogical train of logic led to this?

[–]moeedkhann 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Retarded

[–]Kindly-Town 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

They are trying to lift up their statistics otherwise government will reduce their funding.

[–]SsoulBlade 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

They are becoming the very thing they are fighting against

[–]panash220772 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Well there, you see the bias against men. Yeah that discrimination exists because talking about and taking actions for women's safety has become a profitable business as it sounds philanthropic and empathetic. The virtue signalling in this kind of work is off the charts.

[–]Ohiobound03 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

My head hurts from this stupidity

[–]_MrG 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

U wot m8 ?

[–]IgorSergej312 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

This should be classified as mental illness

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
