On average it’s all about experience and hours worked. Men tend to work 44 hours a week while women work 33 hours a week. Aka less work less pay. Women go on vacation more, less likely to return to work after having a child( I’ve seen it several times) or work less once they have a child.

Men work the most dangerous jobs that pay better while women work social jobs that pay less.

Wnba makes like 60 million while spend 70 million a year. The nba makes 8 billion and pays for the wnba. Also if they try to argue they deserve more, ask what team they like, when was the last time they went to a game, what team is your cities( the one I remember is Phoenix mercury just to show that even I know one)

Male students make up around 33% in colleges while female students make up around 66%. Less men in college so women are become more educated but going after low paying careers. Nowadays with how much you can google everything it’s your own fault if you don’t google and YouTube the career your interested in and how much the average salary is.

I’ve noticed and met many people in my industry and found that once women reach around 30+ they tend to start wanting a family and if they find a partner usually leave their career even if they make a lot of money. Law firms have the issue that they can’t keep women in the field. Even men struggle that have families compared to men without families. Men without can work whenever so they can pick up extra shifts and work more overtime. So they earn more and get promoted more. It’s not a gendered thing, it’s how much effort someone puts into it. Imagine you work 100 hours a week and someone working 40 hours a week thinks they earned the promotion over you. that’s literally what they complain about in the female lawyer link. Overall I’ve met many successful women and most are exhausted and don’t want to continue, I have also met a handful that love the work and will probably never stop or still might slow down once they have kids. But those are as rare as the men that are the 1%.

I'm in the nursing field and I don't know of they're being a pay gender gap in my field . We get paid by years of experience with our credentials , that's how they rate nurses, and the more hours you put in the more money you make . Which I would think it's like that anywhere else.

I'm grossing way over 7k a month.

US Bureau of Labor Statistics. It's all on their site. . Women work fewer hours, joint the workforce later, exit sooner, turn down overtime, and often, for white women, never work at all, from cradle to grave. They have great data and graphs on their site.

You'll definitely need to prepare to counter the sources your opponents will bring up. I wrote a post awhile ago explaining the flaws in some of the most commonly cited papers by feminists, which I recommend. A lot of these studies are very manipulative, and if you aren't prepared to point out their flaws, it will be easy for the feminists to win the debate when they don't deserve it.
