It's one of many feminist myths. Like men being unable to express emotions or the saying "boys will be boys" being used to excuse bad behaviour. These myths never get challenged because feminists rarely speak with anyone who doesn't agree with them.

Well I doubt I would congratulate anyone for having many sexual partners - it is just a cringey thing to do. I do not find it in any way disgusting though. A man or a women can have thousands of sexual partners for all I care.

It most likely means they are virile or sexually desirable people though otherwise they would not be finding it easy to have many partners. Or maybe just rich as fuck.

Not really, in fact I'd probably walk away from him, I don't want to know how many women somebody had slept with and I certainly don't tell others how many I have slept with.

Depends if the person is in a relationship or not while he/she is doing all this. Loyalty is the quality I put high on my priority list.

I would congratulate man for having more girls because it is hard to find a girl when you are not 6 ft and you don't have 2 000 000 $ per week.

No. Some men, like frat boys would, but there are a lot of reasons for men not to have one-night-stands, even aside from #MeToo:

-STDs. People who have ONS have them with a lot of other people, who have them with a lot of other people.

-Pregnancy. While the chance of getting a girl pregnant from a single ONS is pretty low, do you really want to risk spending 18 years paying money to a woman who you only have a physical connection with?

-Crime. What if you go over to her place, and she sets you up for a robbery? Or what if you invite her to your place and she steals your stuff when you're sleeping?

-They might get attached. You think she's a hookup. She thinks she's your girlfriend. If she's crazy, you might end up with a stalker.

Just as I told a female friend that she was an idiot for leaving a bar with five strange guys, I've told male friends that they are idiots for hooking up with random girls on Tinder.
