Disclaimer: check my post history if you want more details or the whole story. it's big and long, and it's rough. I am asking about laws regarding the UK here. Don't give me a USA / Canada / European law perspective.

Question: Can I leave the house with all my belongings in 3 bags, packed, with nothing else in the house that I own what so ever, and come back at a later time if I want to, since I am still the legal tenant on the tenancy agreement contract I have signed and dated by both myself and my wife?

Or does she have legal grounds to refuse to let me back in at a later date, and can she have legal right to ask the landlord / letting agency to change the locks?

Main reason I ask is because tomorrow I am going to be presenting her a PSO "Preventative Steps Order" which is essentially a court order that prevents her from being able to take my kids out of the country, via boat, ferry, plane, train, car, or any other means of transport without my permission, of which permission must be witnessed by a solicitor and signed and dated.

Once I give her this, I am sort of half expecting her to lose her shit and either beat me or throw things at me. But I don't want to give up my only roof over my head at the moment cos I ended up so ill from kidney stones recently that I had to leave my job. In my current situation i would never be able to pass credit checks and referencing to get another place to live, so the house with her and the kids is all i have. there is my parents house but i mean... id rather not... they're cunts.
