Go online and look for a counselor specializes in divorce. You insurance should cover it. Call there number, don’t email or text, because many times they don’t respond. (Experience) Ask if you can get worked in some time.

How to emotionally survive this?

The true answer is time. If you play it smart, learn the divorce proceeding that will take place. Plan ahead be prepared. You will come out of the dark tunnel on the other side, then you can reclaim your life.

It's been my experience to take it one day at a time. I am in the beginning of the divorce process and trying to forecast out what could/should/will happen past today just becomes overwhelming. Do the best you can in the present. Start with the simple tasks. i.e. normal sleep, balanced diet, drink plenty of water, etc.... Accept that you're going to have bad days, but eventually the good days will overshadow the bad. You've got this!

By taking it one day, one hour, one minute at a time. If you look at it as insurmountable (which it can be) it may seem too much to bare. Trust me, this if you can get through will make you stronger.

Surround yourself with positive people, positive things, listen to music, cry, workout, read, go on walks and drives. Whatever it takes for you to survive this, you do. Don't succumb to this. It sucks I as well as others here know all too well. Be strong dude! Live and come out of this better, stronger, and wiser.

Make it through one day and then make it through another day. Stay away from alcohol and drugs they make things way worse. Lean on family and friends of you can but one thing that helped me the most was seeing a therapist like once a week for a few months then bi-weekly then once a month. It's hard very hard, find something to distract yourself, don't hide away get out and do things
