2 That family court is about the best interest of the child.

3 That she stayed home to raise the kids, her choice, makes her eligible for half of what I built.

That she would never cheat since she saw her parents do it while growing up. What she actually learned from them was how to be good at it while not getting caught for a long time. She later told me that her father told her to never admit to cheating, even if caught red faced and bare a@@ed in the act. Lol!

She still denies it to this day even though I had proof of it. That is one of the most cruel things she did. Although I know she did it, there's still a very, very small part of me that occasionally wonders if I was wrong about her. She has no accountability.

"If you divorce me, it'll be the biggest mistake you'll ever make. You need me."

"You don't want 50/50 custody of the kids because you can't take care of them."

"These $7500 in DUI fines are a marital debt because we were married when I got the DUI."

"We had an agreement that I would stay in the house for the next 12 years (until youngest is 18) and you would pay all of the bills. Then we would sell the house and split the proceeds 50/50. You agreed to that!"

"You'll have to get rid of your cats when my parents need to move in us. They're allergic."

I was charged criminally for 'historical' rape by my ex-wife after 2 months of having already been separated and exercising 50/50. She changed her mind and didn't want me to have 50/50
