Boys, getting to the gym and working on yourself is the most important thing you can do. If your depressed, training will help lift that feeling. If you have any interest in meeting new women, you think that's gona be easier or harder if you not spending time in the gym? The gym is a place where we better ourselves. You can take out negative emotion on the weights, its probably illegal from you to do that on anything or anyone else. Just putting this out there because maybe someone needs to hear it. Be well!
