Is it actually a lactation / nursing room? That's the only excuse I could see for the exclusion. If that's what it is, they should skip the "parent room" euphemism and speak plainly.

If they're just excluding men because they're sexist, then someone should raise a stink about it.

At best, they simply assume mothers are more likely to be taking care of babies.

At worst, they're intentionally excluding fathers.
