This is one of the things that always baffles me. You cannot judge the people in a movement based on how said movement affects law, international programs and so on, however you can judge half of the human population based on which genitals they have.

A lot of r/ NotHowGirlsWork and r/ MenWritingWomen can basically be summarized as "a woman wouldn't say/do that! I'm a woman, so I know!"

Because apparently, all women act in a specific manner and we dumb patriarchal men believe in the common misconception that women have varied personalities and interests.
