Sometimes I can't help but wonder if some women who are so foolish are mentally disabled, so it works on multiple levels.

Note that your comment could be interpreted to use disability as an insult, which we should make sure to avoid. Yes, this includes insults regarding low intelligence. As a society, we have to strive to incorporate all parties into society as best as we can. This does not mean to accept discrimination - of course - which would be incompatible with that goal, but it does mean to address the discrimination itself rather than the assumed disability of those who engage in it.
