At work I hear all of those songs all the time, every song from them is about how bad guys are and how they're abusive, female dutch singers are the worst in that, it's either like they have very bad taste in men that they always get guys like that, or it's completely bs and they just make it up to appeal to their 12 yr old fanbase, I'm going with option 2

Boys will be what we're raised to be. If boys are raised to be gentlemen, they'll be gentlemen. If boys are raised as goons, they'll be goons. Same deal with women as well.

Kids are products of their upbringing and environment. Boys will be boys because, simply, we're boys. Rape and sexual violence is not being a boy.

The song chalks up sexual violence to "boys being boys" which is assuming that it's in our nature to sexually assault someone, which is a sexist assumption.

Apart from how bad the music is, the lyrics are grossly sexist. She has this one portion where she sings "If you're offended by this song, you're clearly doing something wrong." I'm not offended by the song, I think it's a dumbass message.
