Moments of crisis are simply moments were an event or person does something that can create a potential emotional turmoil, conflict and if not managed correctly can lead to an ending of relationship(s)

Examples are having a kid, losing a hob, losing a place, death in the family, a resurface of addiction or a current addiction, and s regressing into a past self due to another moment of crisis or trauma occurring.

But aside from that concept they also understand that you don’t need a partner but to have one is very lovely because it gives you healthy motivation drive and helps you in other ways.
