I don't have much dating experience and I just made a tinder account yesterday. I had a pretty good conversation with a guy and we set a date to meet up. Then he asked me what I was looking for on tinder and I said that I was mainly looking to go on dates and meet new people. He took it pretty badly and said he was looking for a relationship. I said I was open to a relationship if the compatibility was there (which is true). He hasn't responded since then. He seems to think I'm not actually looking for a relationship because of the way I phrased my answer.
How do you ladies usually answer that question? I personally do want a relationship eventually but obviously I have to go on dates first lol. Not to mention, I don't feel comfortable allowing men to assume that I want a relationship with them before even meeting in person.
