There is a YouTube channel I watch called the Behavior Panel. One of the presenters is a former Army interrogator, who also taught resistance to interrogation. He said something that really sang for me: “People think an ‘alpha’ is someone loud who commands a room. But let me tell you, you really want to know who is in charge?
