So I've had a rough half a year trying to decide where to go career-wise.

My current and longest employer offered something amazing, and I took that job over another, better paying I had switched over to.

It turns out, my employer NEVER intended on delivering the promotion and other opportunities that they had promised. I called management out over this, only for them to deny the conversation having ever happened. The only explanation I got was that the company's current needs didn't fit with what they had promised.

Ladies, do not accept this kind of behavior from anybody in your life: partners, family, work, ANYTHING or anyone.

I have really taken everything in FDS to heart, including putting my needs first and levelling up in all areas of my life.

So I told my employer that I was really disappointed in the organization and I would be looking elsewhere.

Not 2 hours after applying to my dream job, I got a call back for an interview!!

I start with my new employer in 2 weeks and I couldn't be happier. It also comes with a nearly $10/hr increase amongst other benefits.

Levelling up means never accepting anything less than loyalty, integrity and mutually beneficial arrangements and relationships. Literally all I did was demand better, and I leveled up almost immediately.

We teach people and even employers what behavior is acceptable. Accept nothing but the best ladies!
