Close your INBOX if you are on FDS even if you are using a throwaway account. You will be threatened with rape, violence, and murder if you do not. We keep telling you guys this. It is for your mental and emotional wellbeing. Most of my karma is from FDS and when I was making it to the front page FDS daily I get so many threats via men. This is why I had to unfollow the FDS Instagram page a while ago. Someone sent me a DM with my home address,my (old) home phone number & a list of the family members living In my home. As someone with a public page and semi large following (not HUGE, less than 25K), it’s something I’ve dealt with before but this really, really made me nervous. These men are seriously demented and want to hurt us, simply for being members of this lifesaving sub. I mean they can try all they want to get into my home. I have cameras, plenty of weapons and 2 dogs who look blood thirsty to the average person (they are actually sweeties to me tho). They can fuck around with me and find out / but I know there are ladies out there who are more vulnerable than I am! Please please be safe ladies !

When I was in college, an exceptionally stupid scrote in my building started harassing me on social media. The things he wrote were vile. As I already mentioned, he was stupid and I was able to figure out who he was: a meek NVM who always smiled at everyone and didn’t disagree with anyone, ever. It was so funny to wait for him in the lobby one day and say with a smile, “Hey, [Scrote]! What’s up?”

He smiled that same smile that I used to think was just shy and said nothing.

Still smiling, I asked, “Are you sure? Because I thought you said if you ever saw me in real life, you’d [paraphrased message].”

He stuttered that it was just a joke…then later sent me more vile messages on social media! That stopped after I knocked on his dorm door, waved my phone with his message displayed, and asked, “What’s up? Anything you wanna tell me?”

I wouldn’t advise this in all situations, but my gut said I’d be okay confronting him.

TL:dr most of these scrotes are limp microd*ck losers who can only talk big online.
