Almost everyone I had in my life up until 7 years ago was a narcissist. I just thought everyone was a jerk. I thought men were just awful and it would never get better.

I was a total doormat for these types and I suffered immensely from their stupid games. Not everyone is jealous and wants to see you burn. Not everyone will view you as a way to get their ego stroked.

Boundaries are crucial, and once you lay them down, no narcissist will want to pursue someone with such high standards. You'll find much better people to spend your precious time on Earth with ✨

It's clear people don't know a thing about relationships. Yes, you need compatibility. But, you also need self-awareness👆

Men like to disguise their abuse with behaviors that allow plausible deniability, like teasing and sarcasm. Making malicious and passive aggressive comments is not sarcasm.

Sarcasm, when done correctly (and only with people who have a deep connection) has a humourous undertone. Let's say you and a friend are irritated after a long day. You both agree to pick up macaroni at the grocery store. They ask if you got the macaroni. And you dryly say, "Yes. I bought 50 boxes". That's sarcasm.

Omg the first guy I dated was so like this. He prided himself in being "sarcastic" and used to neg me🙄🙄 He had terrible hygiene, was broke, shit personality AND was emotionally abusive on top of that

I was off on the last holiday, Veterans Day, and this guy I had some interest in texted me: “where are you slacking at”. Block and delete is where I’m at I wouldn’t call it slacking tho

I would never brag about being sarcastic but I am sarcastic and I don't that necessarily makes someone a narcissist. Its the bragging about being smarter than others that makes them narcissists.
