A year before and before I found FDS my secret new years resolution was that I won't beg, won't reason ant that I will never again be so moved by the situation that I resort to shouting. Oh. And no more nagging. God I was so tired of explaining. Yeah my resolution didn't work. But even before FDS i knew I'm devaluing myself by those actions. Still have a long way to go with my situation. This is the last time I cry over someone that has hurt me many times, who does not value our friendship at all and I don't know why I keep coming back to it.

I've come to learn that if someone really, truly cares about you, they will not make dumb excuses for why they have not made an effort for you, and would not give it so half-arsely, especially when effort has been put for other people with no excuses.

I reminded myself that it's 2021, its about time to leave all the people that treated me like shit in 2020 which the pandemic has revealed where people's priorities truly lie. I can't make the effort anymore for people that don't value our relationship. Thank you for this post, I'll remind myself everyday.

Gosh its so hard, I've been begging my ex to love me and be with me for about a month now. I feel as if I'm nothing without him. I was literally at his door crying asking if he sees a future with me.
