There's a lot of issues with this particular issue that's not being spoken about. The thing is he was actually turned away not because he was a man even though it says that he's because of a man it's because these breast cancer survivor groups are actually just groups for mental and emotional health support for women who have survived breast cancer these are specifically women only groups due to the mental physical and emotional tax that losing one's breasts as a woman would do. it's a lot more severe for them than it is us. Now I'm not saying turning away a breast cancer survivor from a breast cancer survivor support group is right because it's not the issue is that these things are called breast cancer survivor groups when again thats not really what they are. This is something that Society is going to have to work towards changing because as it is this is how we get our articles and titles like the above and a lot of extremism gets stroked in a lot of people. My source for this is my grandmother who was a breast cancer survivor and said this exact thing to me when I asked why boys weren't allowed in when I was younger. Feminism sucks but we cant compare a dude losing his breasts to a woman losing hers. Its really not comparible.
