The rules on the r/feminism subreddit are horrible?! You’re literally not allowed to compare issues. Like you can’t say both men and women have it bad and the focus of your posts need to be advocating specifically towards women?! That’s not feminism!!

I just posted the following and I’m almost 100% sure that it’s gonna get taken down…

“I’m a 14 yo male from the uk and I’ve had a god awful life. I’ve seen some very messed up tales on feminism on tik tok and Instagram and Twitter and all stuff like that. And it all points towards this “male patriarchy” and “rape culture” and how “it’s not all men, but if you see a shark in the water…” I’ve been sexually harassed and assaulted and I’ve known three guys who are rape survivors. 2 were raped by women and one was by a gay man, and guess what. They all went to the police but because women and lgbtq is seen as a minority, they all got off the hook! One of them was actually raped for a second time by the same women who then ridiculed his d*ck size on social media until he killed himself. That woman’s Instagram bio said “proud feminist”… she raped a man and bullied him to suicide.

When I went on tik tok I was immediately greeted with people body shaming men for d*ck size and the infamous K.A.M .

I went onto Twitter and I don’t even wanna go into some of the absolute bull crap they said and how many statistics they pulled out of the back alleys of the internet, completely ignoring common sense.

I finally came to Reddit hoping there would be some genuinely decent human beings and I can’t go 3 posts without seeing “the male patriarchy”! (No exaggeration)

Believe me, I know women have problems, but holly crap I shouldn’t need to say this but so do men!! We’re all people living in a dumb society that apparently hates us all! But I’m sick and tired of the blunt mistreatment of men as a whole!! So I’ve given up on feminism. And it’s almost undeniable that someone who read this will twist my words into something along the lines of “men are more oppressed than women and women are just being dramatic”, no, we all have issues but it feels like our fight for equality is literally making it worse!!

So for the love of all of us trapped on this hellish earth, just respect everyone:/ “
