Best women for a family?

There's no way Id take the risk with an American woman. I was born in russia, but left when i was a kid. What kind of women do you think are the best homemakers that fit with alpha personalities, I want kids a a woman that can raise them just as well as me? I have a really high SMV, so I'm trying to be extra careful, and I'm only 21.

I'll be leaving to find a wife in two years-three years, (will sign prenuptial before marriage of course. With American women I'm only interested in them for sex, unless they are conservative.
