Just moved here recently and want to be careful here. Recently started going through TRP and related subs. Found out about this sub today and i was wondering how much damage a girl can do in Germany. The case where nothing really happened. But, the girl who wants to take revenge.

Also, what kind of lawyers could be helpful in these situation and can be helpful. For a guy who cannot speak German very well.

No proof? With only her claiming it happened? The police will probably refuse to pursue the case. A he said/she said case will be thrown out in court either way.

You want to find a criminal law lawyer who speaks good English, if you need to get one quick contact a consulate. They should help you out. If you are already talking to the police -> lawyer up, say nothing, agree to nothing, give no passwords, make no statements. Without a lawyer the German police will fuck you up.

No chance with he said she said in continental europe. When there are no realiable witnesses, video and alike only rape kit showing rape tears in vag plus your dna can make a case.

Most lawyers will be able to communicate in english.

Depends on how lucky you are.

On the one hand, rape accusations are usually dismissed in court (in 2012 (?), there has been a survey that said that these cases don't end in a guilty verdict in ~92% of all cases, up from 80% in 1995) - if they make it to the courts, that is (plenty are already thrown out at the police level because the cops poke holes in the women's testimonies, which makes them incredibly popular with feminists).

One the other hand, there have been a few high profile cases where women have utterly destroyed the lives of the men they've accused (for an example google "how the german legal system has failed horst arnold", I can't link AVFM pages on reddit), and some on top of that where they really hurt the guy in question. What these cases had in common were terribly biased and boneheaded judges and bureaucrats who would rather jail a guy away than admit they've banked on the credibility of the wrong person.

That said, I wouldn't focus on that risk and more on the fact that German women tend to be tough nuts to crack and like keeping their distance. Flirting or dating isn't particularly funny here.
