I will fuse the skin of my ballsack to the strings of my piano, that way, when played, the hammers will strike my ballsack. I will then proceed to heat up the strings with a blow torch to get them red hot. I will then proceed to play moonlight sonata, 3rd movement, by beethoven, 1000 times. After this, I will coat my entire scrotum in molten borosilicate glass, and then pour ice water on it, which will make a demented prince rupert's drop. I will then RIP my penis in half, causing the glass to explode. I will then hydrolic press my sctrotum into a pancake shape, and then eat it.
