If I'm wrong feel free to debate me on this. But my general sense is that most men (And many women and enbys) actually agree with what we are saying here.

The shut down of MEL magazine is evidence of the fact that a lot of guys agree with our views.

For those who don't know, MEL magazine is/was a publication which pretty much existed to detoxify men. My own experience with the publication was that it was ran by a bunch of men's lib ppl.

Don't hear what Im not saying, this publication has put out some good material, but ultimately it fell short because The Religion had a choke hold on it. So, their work never resonated with the average guy.

In particular, it's Masculinity Studies series promote all of the classical false narratives that we frequently see coming from adherents of The Religion.

Strangely enough this publication was funded by Dollar Shave Club. The public response to it wasn't all that dissimilar to that of their response to Gillette following it's "The Best A Man Can Be" advertisement. A play that cost the company $5 billion in lost revenue and the a YouTube video with one of the worst dislike to like ratios on the platform.

This tells me that despite what they say and do (or don't do), men recognize androphobia and they don't appreciate it very much.

That being said, I think that we need to use a different set of tactics to combat these issues. It seems to me (As suggested by research) that people are incapable of empathizing with men as much as they do women.

So, perhaps our methods should center around strategic disengagement/divestment. No one is really going to be outraged by dead males, but they will be outraged with us not buying their products.

This seems like fertile ground since a lot of men don't do activism in the classical sense any more and not many people care about guys in that way.

So maybe we just need to stop paying these toxic organizations our money. Not saying that we shouldn't do protests or other forms of activism, but why not hit the gynopatriarchy where it hurts?

What ya'll think?
