What are the stats regarding girl-on-boy sexual harassment/assault?

I don't know about stats, and I think it would probably be very difficult to gather accurate stats, on the basis that boys might very well not report it, or even know that's what it was.

Though I felt like replying anyway, because I recently re-remembered a particular incident where as an early-mid teen, a girl (the same age as me, but certainly well into physical development) enveloped my head under her shirt (such that my face was next to/pointed towards her chest), uninvited, with no consent given. I didn't mention it to anybody (although other students would have seen it), because although I realised it was unreasonable behaviour, I just put it down to being the same kind of bullying I'd experienced from everybody else, I didn't think "this is sexual harassment".

There may have been other instances of what could be considered sexual harassment, which I either don't remember or still don't really identify as sexual harassment, but that one would seem to unambiguously qualify, when framed by my current thinking regarding these issues.

I know there were instances of things like being asked out for jokes, but I'd struggle to call those sexual harassment. As I said above, I tended to just think of everything as generic bullying, and with no element of physicality to the joke asking-outs I think those at least were generic bullying. I can see a potential argument you could make that they were abuse based on sex and relationships and could therefore be considered sexual harassment in the same way that pestering a woman at work might be, but I'm wary of over-including things under the banner of sexual harassment which aren't sexual harassment but simply general unacceptable behaviour.

This paper deals with stalking, harassment and dating abuse. Relevant quote from the 'Descriptive findings' section (page 9):

Almost one half (48.0%) of the sample reported ever-experiencing stalking and harassment victimization and 48.6% reported perpetration within a dating relationship (Table 2). One in three participants had experienced both perpetration and victimization (not shown). The prevalence did not vary substantially by gender: 44.6% of boys reported victimization as compared with 51.1% of girls (p = .29). Perpetration was also comparable for boys and girls (46.5% and 50.6%, respectively; Table 2).

They surely have to be much higher than we're led to believe. Same with female-on-male rape. A big reason it's so underreported is likely the male victims are fearful their victimizer will claim he came onto her first and forced her, and she'll automatically be believed without evidence (which is even moreso in the MeToo age we're in). Numerous male health clinics and abuse shelters shut down by feminist activists is likely another major factor. There's very few if any, and as a result male victims have no real means of being able to report what happened.

Just noticed this recent study which might be relevant. Their results:

5.5% of girls and 8.7% of boys declared having suffered lifetime physical and/or sexual violence, while 22% of girls and 20.5% of boys reported control and/or fear victimization. The likelihood of DV was higher among migrants and those with foreign-born parents (aPR girls = 2.1 CI95%: 1.1–3.9; aPR boys = 1.9: CI95%: 1.0–3.6); prior experiences of abuse (aPR girls = 1.6; CI95%: 1.0–2.6; aPR boys = 1.7; CI95%: 1.1–2.6); and those who showed higher levels of machismo (aPR girls = 1.0; CI95%: 1.0–1.1; aPR boys = 1.0; CI95%: 1.0–1.1). In girls, DV increased among those who reported lesbian/bisexual orientation and poor relationship with teachers.
