What is up with people saying that men are responsible for climate change?

December 19, 2019

It just doesn't make sense to me.

  • Don't women consume more resources, buy more stuff, throw more things away, etc?

  • Most of men's economic activity is driven by women. The houses we live in (which are unnecessarily large), the jobs we work, the cars we drive, etc, are all driven by women's preferences in men.

I'm not trying to say that global warming is women's fault or anything like that. It just seems odd that people are pointing their fingers at men. We're all in this together so I don't think anyone can really wipe their hands clean of it.
