Sort of follows the stages of the Kübler-Ross model, which has five and some have expanded it to seven stages of grief.

5 stages: Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance.

7 stages: Shock&Denial, Pain&Guilt, Anger&Bargaining, Depression&Reflection&Loneliness, Upward-turn, Reconstruction, Acceptance&Hope.
