Someone here suggested this link, and I think I'll go with it. I've been needing a way to workout in this pandemic. If this works, maybe I'll just stick without even after the pandemic is over, assuming I survive. If it works well, then why invest money in a gym. I feel out of shape and really want to improve. I am going to invest in a quality pair of running shoes, so I can do cardio simply by going running. My place is small, and I'll need to do some re-organizing, but I think I can make this work.
