In gun safety, they have a saying: “All guns are loaded.” That is obviously no true, so why do they say that? Because you should act like all guns are loaded to protect yourself. Even if a gun wasn’t loaded an hour ago, it could be loaded now.

Assuming the possibility that one gun isn’t loaded will ultimately result in a lot of people hurting themselves with guns as they assume “this one isn’t loaded.”

Which is why all is used.

Same thing with awalt. Yeah sure, all women are not all going to be accusing you of rape after you sleep with her. But tomorrow, she could change her mind.

And it only takes one instance to ruin your life while you get done less then in you would to play with guns as if they were not loaded.
