Guy made the mistake of viewing the MRA stuff at a workplace

Should have just continued with work

Avoid unnecessary talking with women(which he did but being rude to them painted a target on his back should have just decently declined any attempt at small talks by girls)

But then again the girls might just have hated him from the start probably because he did not look good or did not give them the attention they wantes and just need concrete reason to gwt him fired which these days is basically doing something which feminists don't agree with

Remember men, the first rule about mgtow is that you don't talk about it

[–]zawpi 17 points18 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

I'm currently unemployed but UK lockdown ends in a few days and there's more jobs available. Any advise when starting a new job? I used to be a bit like the bloke she describes but never discuss MGTOW or anything of the sort and I try to be polite and nice to work with, but ultimately keep to myself and try to avoid talking about my personal life as much as possible.

[–]TheFuckinWeeb 19 points20 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I am not the best guy to ask for your job advise

Because the only job I have done till now is in customer service as a part time employee and I am currently completing my bachelor degree for engineering

But I would suggest don't really be the guy mentioned above

Don't ever look up anything of personal nature or stuff you're interested in

People have a nasty habit for peeking over shoulders Especially women

If you really wanna see such stuff at work

Do it on your phone during lunch break and while sitting in a corner so nobody can sneak up on you

And thats it

[–]MSP_Generalist 11 points12 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Don't bring so much as a coffee cup with a funny saying on it. Flowers, cats or puppies is it, for any of that shit.

Getting pumped for personal information? Be as utterly boring as possible. Don't be constrained to tell the truth, if they can't take a hint you don't want to get personal they get what they deserve.

Do your job, avoid any gossiping and drama like the plague it is. Keep your resume up to date, there is no loyalty from employers nowadays, if there ever was... Never forget that you owe THEM zero loyalty in return.

Always give the impression you're a dedicated and loyal employee, ecstatic with your pay, benefits, and working conditions, who would never think of leaving... Until the day you give notice. Always leave on good terms, you never know who will be reviewing your resume some day. If they try to boot you out immediately without pay in lieu of notice, firmly demand that you get that pay... Otherwise, they can expect their employees to learn of this and justifiably quit without notice.

If you find yourself being drawn into covering for incompetent women, remember they are all stronk independent womyn who need a man like a fish needs a bicycle.

Don't let the fact that it's all so goddamn unfair you'll want to howl with rage from time to time cause you to lose focus on the bottom line. Have a goal, whether it's to retire at 40, start your own business, build up a stack of Fuck You Money, etc. and don't let your employer or co-workers use your work ethic against you and divert YOU from YOUR goals.

Don't mistake co-workers for friends. The sad truth is that when you or they move on, you almost certainly won't hear from them again... Unless they need a reference! :0)

...and, finally: Free advice is worth every penny you pay for it!

Be nice to your boss and coworkers.

And most important : be productive.

[–]MSP_Generalist 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I did programming back when it was you and the machine, none of this pair programming / code review / methodology of the month bullshit.

You want to critique my code? Here's the specs, here's the test plan, and here's the test results meeting 100% of the specs and dotting the I's and crossing all the T's of the test plan. We done here?

I can't imagine the pain of having to try to do Agile or Pair Programming with women. Just fucking HORROR.

[–]bfte2 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Yup... Don't bring up any of this stuff up or have those "death stare" reactions.

I pull requested wymyn code before, she sucked, but I made sure not to make it look like that I was mean because she's a wymyn. When being asked in person, I just turned on bluepill mode. At the end of the day, I'm not the jackass who hired this person, so it's not my problem.

As to not having much to say, just act like you're bored/tired. In most cases that's how it is anyways.

[–]greyman0425 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Yup, he gave them the ammunition to shoot him with.

Virgin white man

What's wrong with being a virgin ?

[–]42252252 28 points29 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

They think they're all sex obsessed mass shooters waiting to blow.

[–]offshoreaccount4me 20 points21 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

What's wrong with being white? What's wrong with being a man?

[–]show-me-the-numbers 4 points5 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Guys aren't virgins. I don't know who started the trend of using that word toward males but it's a recent invention.

It's just a slur these days, along with incel, mysahhhhginist, etc...

Sticking your dick in something is neither an accomplishment nor a vice. For girls, getting fucked isn't an accomplishment either, but science has shown it degrades future pair bonding ability, something that doesn't apply to men.

[–]boris23410 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Where I work, the women have gotten guys fired simply because they didn't like their physical appearance. And everybody around here knows about it. If we get a new guy whose on the ugly side, one of the guys will take him aside and warn him to quit before he gets hit with a bullshit "sexual harassment" complaint. Out of all the guys who've worked in our department for longer than 3 months, they are ALL taller than 5'9 and better looking than average. Every single guy who doesn't fit that description has either been "metoo'ed out" or warned by other male coworkers to quit before that happens.

[–]bp_blew_up_the_gulf[S] 28 points29 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

Damn that’s fucked up.

[–]BoogersAndSugar 26 points27 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

It's absolutely disgusting. I really think this is gonna become commonplace over the next 10 years or so, and it'll be interesting to see what happens as a result. It's becoming increasingly apparent that Millenial and Gen Z women don't just want ugly/short/old guys to leave them alone, but want their day-to-day lives completely sanitized of these guys' existence. It's as if they want those guys to be backstage and out of sight, invisible drones with no sexual value, whose only purpose in life is to prop up the lives of people who DO have sexual value. And they're misusing sexual harrassment policies in order to accomplish this.

[–]DamnYouSun 9 points10 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

want their day-to-day lives completely sanitized of these guys' existence.

That's why we call them "Feminazis"

Which industry OOI?

[–]WeakLeather5 5 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Wow, that's like a utopia for women. Nothing but Chads to ogle at and salivate over. Pretty pathetic.

[–]usedtimecapsule 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Then no work gets done. Company goes under. Society collapses

[–]WeakLeather5 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Sounds familiar. Almost like it's happening already.

[–]kolopax1 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Shit like this why blue collar jobs and skills have never been more important. Most people who work blue collar jobs are men(no soyboys), and the few women that work there are usually HR or dykes, which in my experience are chill in a working environment.

Unfortunately, what you have described will keep on going on. Companies will choose diversity over efficiency because social reputation is important. Anyone get hints of China’s social credit system?

In the blue collar world, none of this non sense happens. All you need is effort and time. Sure, initially the pay sucks and the work is hard, but overtime you’ll start making a decent salary. Combine that with trading and real estate, which are sort of effortless, and you make a splendid salary with no worry about being fired because you have a pair of balls swinging between your legs.

Besides all I’ve mentioned, I’ve read companies are now making plans to remove many employees because they found out having an x amount of workers working from home is as efficient as before pre-covid. Edit: Let’s see who they dismiss. Will they still prefer diversity over efficiency?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Do us a favor. Tell us what industry you work for so that we can avoid it.

[–]greyman0425 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Wow,

[–]Cursedwithknowing 44 points45 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

OPSEC is important folks. Also, if in a workplace, don't communicate more than necessary, but at least be pleasant.

Likely, he was the best there, and the company sacrificed their best employee for diversity.

[–]stud_ent 21 points22 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You aren't wrong, sometimes you still get fucked. Boss tried to pass his office fling off on me. I rejected and vengeance was swift.

[–]prelude12342000 29 points30 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I will never try hard in society anymore. As an engineer i was taught to put out quality and think outside the box. Now it will only be mediocre at best. F this society. I'm checking out (not working anymore) asap.

[–]CensorshipForLosers 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes. I used to put my best. Now I only do the bare minimum and get paid more.

[–][deleted] 23 points24 points  (8 children) | Copy Link

Never discuss fight club. Wear a smile, don’t interact, when forced to because of work, keep it focused on only the work at hand and don’t discuss personal life.

[–]MSP_Generalist 0 points1 point  (7 children) | Copy Link

What is this "Fight Club" of which you speak?

"Fight Club"? Never heard of it. I've never even heard of hearing about it.

[–]Bitcoin_Bastard 1 point2 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

Watch the movie...it's MGTOW central & generally VERY good

[–]MSP_Generalist 0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy Link

You mean "Fight Club"? Never heard of it. I've never even heard of hearing about it. Are you sure that name is right? I'm sure I'd remember if I'd ever heard of it, but I haven't, so we should probably just stop talking mmmkay?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

Book club... I meant book club. There is no fight club. Wink wink

[–]MSP_Generalist 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

nudge nudge, say no more, say no more! ;0)

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Are you a goer? A goer eh?

[–]alienmuseum 18 points19 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

This is why you must adopt the grey man strategy. If you want to bang your chest and say "MGTOW" loudly and boldly in a gynocentric society then you better damn well be financially independent or otherwise your livelihood is in jeopardy.

You can't criticize a female without her going to HR and complain. Nowadays, you have to watch what you say around women and woke simps.

[–]bp_blew_up_the_gulf[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

True from my experience before I lost the job as fired, a few times.

[–]GaiusClaudiusNero 16 points17 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

I tell my story every time I get the chance.

I had been on the job 6 months. There was this one woman there who hated my guts. I think it stemmed from not going to a team outing because I had to unpack and wasn't adjusting to a new state well.

One day a work buddy makes a joke at my expense and we have a good laugh about. Admittedly it was crass and not a joke I would've personally made at work but I played off it because we were just having fun. In all reality it was pretty benign and no one would think twice if we hadn't been at work.

A couple days later I got an email from my boss. He calls me into his office and says someone complained and that he ran interference to keep it from going to HR. Someone heard what we said and got deeply offended. I wasn't even the one who made the joke but she reported me simply because she didn't like me.

Obviously he wasn't going to tell me who it was but did mention #MeToo (this was 2018) so I knew it was a woman. When this went down we were by this woman's desk so I know it was her.

Protect your asses, lads. Do NOT fraternize with women at work. Keep your interactions to a minimum. Be friendly but professional. Strictly work talk.

Sadly this wasn't the case for this guy. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Straight up though, most men in the workplace will NEVER admit it. But almost all of them DESPISE having a woman in their space for this kind of shit right here.

[–]Different_Vehicle 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Cant have a chill atmosphere with women around, always have to triple check how you act or what your saying because feelings. Also dudes are just funnier

[–]coloradocaniac 5 points6 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I really suspect gender-based segregation is going to happen soon. If they're going to be this sensitive about everything, it's only a matter of time.

[–]drchadick 14 points15 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Learn and leave. So the guy did his job and wanted to keep it as a job, while the women want a "welcoming place for a people". I experienced the same tbh. When i didn´t want to small talk stupid time wasting shit with people i am forced to spent my time with to earn my living, i was labelled anto social and whatever. It´s like women got there to socialize and get their share and men want to work for money to be able to live. Socialism is female guys.

[–]Wildhouse83 13 points14 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Creepy = Not giving free validation and gifts to women for no reason whatsoever.

[–]MSP_Generalist 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Creepy = Not being in the top 20% of male SMV

[–]Marfi09 14 points15 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Poor guy was probably in rage phase. And firing him just proved his point, this will just bring out the worst of him. I hope he cools down and chill out.

[–]Ok-Collection-8948 12 points13 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

That sounds made up by someone from FDS. Lesson though to be careful, don’t use your computer for personal stuff at work.

[–]ascensor57 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

This is how you create nazis.

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Just what I expected ! BTW, she is still calling the HR guy, who helped them as WHITE VIRGIN MAN.

[–]ShinichiHaku 6 points7 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

Man suspects females are a liability

Man avoids liabilities

Man has his life choices justified anyways

[–]AlessandoRhazi 4 points5 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

It’s not a new thing. Peter Pan syndrome has been used for decades to described males who didn’t take the responsibility, as it’s something wrong.

[–]MSP_Generalist 5 points6 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

Fuck 'em.

Not my circus, not my monkeys!

[–]AlessandoRhazi 1 point2 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Oh, the government would disagree.

[–]MSP_Generalist 3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

The resources it would take for the government to motivate me to produce more for their dystopian nightmare of a society is far more than what I'd grudgingly produce.

Malicious compliance? Bet your ass.

[–]basedmillennial95 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

The government can kiss my ass.

[–]antifeminist3 6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Don't tell women to smile, but you should tell men to cheer up.

[–]Common-Eye-7594 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

So much for freedom of tought right? A strong person would have never valued a wirker for his personal belieds

[–]Obermarschall 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

And this is exactly why he didn't talk to them in the first place. They create drama, while he did his job. So, now people get fired for doing their job? Cool. I hope the guy can find a way to work independently. 9/5 is a anyway a scam.

[–]AlessandoRhazi 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh, my field. I’ve been through slightly similar situation, it was years ago and company wants that woke (then). I was reviewing code and was, well, honest. The women were objectively doing worse job so there were more comments. Of course there was complains and I had to speak with my fairly embarrassed manager. I remember how they asked people from another department to evaluate the same code anonymously and turned out I was right.

Wanna bet if I heard single sorry?

My advice I try to follow - always ask another person to accompany if you have a meeting with women at work. Fake need to consult, working on similar task, whatever.

[–]roflcopt0rz_returns 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

The man’s only mistake was browsing “MRA” sites while at work. You shouldn’t be goofing off at work anyway, but especially do not talk about the redpill at work. Remember, the redpill is fight club; first rule is you don’t talk about it.

Otherwise this is just more confirmation of what MGTOW says, straight from the horse’s (whore’s) mouth. Man does nothing wrong except “look creepy” and be guilty of wrongthink, and it immediately triggers the vindictive cunts and they conspire and make up shit to get him fired. Stuff like this should be stickied because it confirms everything we say.

[–]daktotadogfan 6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

There was this asian guy(techlead) who worked for facebook, a female diversity hire straight up did not want to work with him(she only wanted to work with another woman) which hurt his performance. She even tried to get him fired when he was going through the stress of his wife kidnapping his son. Just goes to show that even being an accomplished engineer wont save you.

[–]coloradocaniac 3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

The Far Right and red pill movements exist for a reason.

The best revenge is two-fold: living well and hiding in plain sight so you can privately laugh at the woke bullshit.

And make no mistake, as this story proves, it's bullshit.

It doesn't sound believable to me in that it reads like a stereotype, but still: be cautious.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

This guy did everything right. His only mistake was browsing MRA site and commenting. If you are bored at work, browse something innocuous like cat or dog videos.

And no, you do not have to be nice to women at work. Anywhere they demand you be nice to women without any good reason, you do not want to work at.

[–]jhooperp 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

She can’t even see how much it’s her who hates and nothing to do with him. She jumped to say “Virgin white male” as if she knows his history. She made all these assumptions about him yet she thinks it’s him who is in the wrong even though nothing she said he did was wrong. So he gave bad reviews for people’s work, that’s part of the job. So what he doesn’t want to have a social friendship with you he isn’t obligated.

It’s crazy how this hate filled language is accepted by females yet a man makes a comment on men’s places online and he’s the person considered in the wrong.

[–]usedtimecapsule 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You’re at work. Not the playhouse. He is not obligated to give you attention

[–]ramirezfang 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Man can't even work in peace anymore. MRA aside, they clearly weren't even okay with him just keeping to himself quietly. He may have fucked up in browsing it at work, but he wasn't ever going to be in a winning position here. Maybe if the women didn't want to get mean reviews they should write better code. I seriously doubt he sees the username, thinks "oh, this is a woman, I'd better criticise her more harshly".

[–]NeverNeverLandIsNow 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

He failed in using the grey man protocol, and never look at MRA stuff at work, especially in an office, many women in offices have nothing better to do than look for shit to bitch about. He basically painted a target on his own back by being rude etc..
Of course we are not hearing his side of the story but when working with women I pretend to be friendly even if I do not feel friendly, just keeps things easier at work. Not saying it is always fair but life has never been fair. Be a grey man and get mostly ignored, that is what I strive for. I interact mainly with 2 people at work (boss and QA guy), everyone else I deal with only when I have to.
Lately our company has been sending out "diversity surveys", god I hate that shit but I grit my teeth and answer in a way that won't raise any red flags as nothing good will come of sharing my true feelings, they say they are anonymous but I do not believe it.

You don't have to bond with female coworkers as friends, but getting along with them helps you out in your career considering many promotions/raises are given based on feedback from your coworkers.

Though all you need to do is seem approachable. You should also show up at team off-sites, participate in the 2-minute watercooler talks, eat lunch together at the lunch table several times a week. Nothing more than that is necessary.

I don't know why I even typed this, it's common sense.

[–]greyman0425 2 points3 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

Not to an engineer with high functioning ASD.

Problem is the best people for some jobs are autistic, its the social game that kills them.

[–]INTJ_Cro 2 points3 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

You mean people suffering from honesty? Yeah it's tough to be fake and backstab your colleagues every day. Social game = bullying game. Team building = bullying with music. Being 'social' is knowing how to avoid traps and silly mind games. After they realize they can't fuck with you, you get "respect".

[–]greyman0425 0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

Yup. respect is not earned it's won.

[–]INTJ_Cro 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

It's a stupid concept anyway, but ok if it makes people feel better. People will "respect" you the most when they need something.

[–]greyman0425 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

No, they respect you the most when they fear the consequences of crossing you.

[–]UllAlwaysBtheOneIluv 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

This breaks my heart

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
