Yeah really how the heck are they going to staff that place? I work in the heating and cooling industry which is 99% male. If they have buildings that need heat / cooling they will need to have a male contractor install / maintain it. Same goes for the electic, plumbing, carpentry, etc. This will be the most expensive place to maintain on earth. If one business happens to have one female tech and no other business have any, they can just charge whatever the hell they want. Silly idea. Will never work.
