If women aren't submitting resumes for specific positions but are not discriminated from doing so... don't give them 'free points' to force 'equality'! You're just weakening the workforce!

The comment section saids it's the perfect place to study gender disparities on their effectiveness in work roles. Like how many times do we have to do this? If we have to do this every time, businesses might as well be called non profit research institutions.

In a male dominated environment men want to feel safe as well and in this MeToo era what do you expect? Like the cognitive dissonance I just can't. All this MeToo and sexist misogynist accusations are all to do with when they benefit. If they benefit from MeToo they'll call metoo. If they benefit from calling sexism and misogyny to get what they want they'll do it, some how forgetting it's them that called metoo.

It's just stupid.

Remember, making women feel empowered is more important than people dying in airplane crashes. Hopefully all the male pilots will just quit their jobs and let women fly planes instead, causing even more crashes.
